Contacting the Customer Service Department

You can reach our customer service department by e-mail or telephone. We are available to answer phone calls during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm EST). If it is outside of business hours, you can send an e-mail to sales@secureidbadgesupplies.com. Please only click submit ONE TIME when finalizing your order. Duplicate orders will be subject to normal Returns and Exchanges policy.

Paying with Credit Card

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment for your order. Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly. Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line. Once you have submitted an order, your card will be automatically charged.

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Your order will begin processing within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.) Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time. You order should be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being processed. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If your item is back-ordered, you will be contacted as soon as we become aware of the item being out of stock. All orders are shipped from: 9 Main St, Suite 4B, Manchaug, MA 01526 unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change the shipping method, if necessary.

How to Change Your Order

We process your orders rather quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing or calling us. If your order has not begun processing, we may be able to correct it. However if your order is in processing and cannot be stopped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

You may only return an item for a partial refund if you have obtained a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. Material returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender.  If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the address above, unless advised otherwise by our customer service department. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item. No COD returns will be accepted.

We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. Include a copy of your original packing slip, with a description of the reason for return. If you’re returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If your package is returned marked undeliverable, refused or unclaimed, you will be refunded less shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving the item. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Cancelling an Order

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it begins processing. If we are contacted immediately after the order is placed, we will do our best to cancel or correct the order; however, if it is already in processing, you will need to follow the return policy.
