Returns and Refunds Policy
At Secure ID Badge Supplies, we do our best to keep things simple and transparent. If you need to make a return, we’ll help you through it—no confusing processes or runarounds.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Because we work with multiple manufacturers, return policies can vary by product. Here’s what you need to know:
Proximity Cards
These are non-returnable once programmed, unless they are (1) defective or (2) not programmed according to your request.
PVC Cards
Can be returned as long as they’re unopened. PVC cards come in racks of 500, wrapped in packs of 100.
Badge Clips, Reels, Lanyards & Holders
If defective, these items are returnable. Non-defective returns may be accepted, but could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the manufacturer.
Printers, Ribbons & Cleaning Kits
Defective printers are handled directly by the manufacturer—they’ll help troubleshoot or replace the unit if needed.
Ribbons and cleaning kits can be returned if they’re defective or unopened.

Return Shipping
Once a return has been authorized, you should ship your product to us to the address below. Please include an ‘Attn’ line that states the RMA number provided to you:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
